    Loudoun County police are investigating a car wreck that claimed the life of a man who tried to flee the scene of a traffic stop in Sterling. Police say the wreck occurred at roughly 12:40 a.m. on Sunday when a sheriff's deputy on patrol saw a man traveling on E. Beech Road without lights on.
