    A Cayuga County couple and a town of Hannibal man allegedly assaulted two people at an Oswego bar earlier this month after being told they could no longer be served alcohol, according to Oswego County Sheriff's deputies. Daniel J. Kidd, 47, and Roberta F. Kidd, 48, of 16326 Ontario Shores Dr., in Sterling, were charged Wednesday with second-degree gang assault, a felony and two counts of third-degree assault, a misdemeanor.
