Among others, he is survived by his mother, Elaine Forward of Sterling; siblings Wendy Andersen of Aurora, Stephanie Wetzell of Prophetstown, Jennifer Forward of Rock Falls, and David Forward of Simsbury, Connecticut; and his girlfriend, Ryan DeBrock of Tampico.
