    A man charged with trying to lure two teenagers into his car as they were walking to school was convicted this week at the end of a non-jury trial before Dauphin County Judge Deborah E. Curcillo. Eliud Montanez-Casto, of Steelton, is scheduled to be sentenced on the large of luring a child into a motor vehicle on Dec. 21. The conviction requires him to register as a sex offender for 15 years.
