    The Statham City Council is scheduled to vote Tuesday on keeping the city's millage rate the same for the second consecutive year, which would result in a property tax increase even as it still amounts to a decrease in city revenues. The city held its first required hearing on the millage rate at the start of Tuesday's regularly scheduled meeting, and will hold two more prior to Tuesday's vote, including one at noon and one at 6 p.m. at city hall.
