Doxey IV, of Atlanta, and Abigail Elise Doxey, of UGA in Athens and St. Simons; and the heart of her grandparents, Dr. Hubert and Gail Manning. In addition, Anna is survived by her Uncle Stephen Manning; Aunt Allison Manning; and her three cousins, Grace, Ava and Emma Manning of Newnan.
