Hill turned herself in Thursday after being informed of an affidavit charging her with one count felonious identity theft and one count felonious use of another person's debit card number for the purpose of fraudulently obtaining anything of value. M ississippi marks another four-lane highway milestone today with the official opening of the final section of U.S. Highway 45 in Columbus, from Carson Road to four miles south of U.S. Highway 82, completing four-lane construction from near State Line, straddling the Wayne and Greene county line, to the Tennessee state line north of Corinth. Two highways with the number 45 are now fully four-laned in northern Mississippi: U.S. 45 Alternate from Shannon to south of Mayhew junction, and U.S. 45, which veers to the southeast at Shannon routing to Columbus and back to U.S. 45 Alternate, with the designation U.S. 45 through the rest of the Mississippi route.
