The budget impasse between Wolfe and the General Assembly means that the Land Scrip Funds, which funds the Penn State College of Agriculture and its myriad programs, include County Extensions are not forthcoming. The National Weather Service's State College station issued a wind advisory on Sunday afternoon extending until 4 a.m. Monday for much of northcentral Pennsylvania, including Warren County. The NWS estimated winds would come from the west at 15 to 20 miles per hour with gusts up to 50 mph. Comment?
