    A Penn State graduate student from Wexford was struck and killed by a vehicle as he tried to cross an intersection in State College last night, police there said. Police were called to North Atherton Street and Curtin Road at 10:48 p.m. for a report of an accident and found that a man later identified as Michael Eiben, 23, had been struck in the intersection.
