    Authorities charged a man who was in custody after officers said he attempted to flee from law enforcement on Monday, Oct. 1 in a stolen vehicle linked to an earlier bank robbery, initiating a chase from Stanton to Garden Grove. Walter Glenn Bennett, 56, was arrested and held at the Theo Lacy jail in Orange on $60,000 bail following a 30-minute pursuit , according to Carrie Braun, a spokeswoman for the Orange County Sheriff's Department.
