    A Seattle man charged with robbing a bank in Stanley on April 7 and an ensuing car chase in Ward County is now also charged with four counts of terrorizing the Stanley bank clerks. American Bank Center in Stanley was robbed about 5 p.m. April 7. No injuries were reported.

    A New Town man was scheduled to be sentenced Thursday in federal court in Bismarck for sexual abuse of a young teenager on the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation in June 2015. According to court documents, Robert Gene White Owl agreed to plead guilty to abusive sexual contact with the child, who was older than 12 but under the age of 16 at the time.

Dusty Lee Ensz was sentenced to 360 days in jail, with all time suspended except for the 36 days he has already served, and 18 months of supervised probation.
