    Aa Ssteady stream of early voters circulated through the courthouse lobby Monday afternoon on the last day of early voting before the midterm election Tuesday. As of 2 p.m., 2,680 voters had requested absentee ballots or had voted early in Hamilton County, according to County Auditor Kim Schaa.
