    One man is dead and another man has been arrested on DUI charges after the Westport crash that closed I-95 for hours overnight Wednesday. Police say just before 7 p.m., 64-year-old Thomas Patrick Reynolds, of Woodbury, was traveling southbound in a MACK 600 tractor trailer truck on I-95, north of exit 17 in the right lane, when contact was made with a Mercedes E3504 that was in the center lane.

    A Stamford man was arrested today, charged with stealing unemployment benefits while he was working as a security guard for a Greenwich business, according to Inspectors from the Unemployment Compensation Fraud Unit in the Office of the Chief State's Attorney. Joshua Vargas was charged with one count each of larceny in the first-degree by defrauding a public community and unemployment compensation fraud.
