    A driver and her passenger were both arrested for violating protective orders to stay away from each other when either has been drinking after police say the woman was driving drunk on Interstate 95. The incident started shortly before 8 p.m. Sunday, when an employee at Cumberland Farms called police to report a woman who was swaying and slurring her speech attempting to talk to patrons before leaving the Kings Highway East store, police said. The employee described the car the woman, later identified as Luise Carroll, 56, of Brookside Lane, Pawcatuck, got in and officers spotted it entering I-95 northbound, police said.
