    Andrew Arteaga, 27, was charged with six counts of possession of narcotics, five counts of possession within 1,500 feet of a school, six counts of sale of narcotics, five counts of sale within 1,500 feet of a school, and one count of possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana. He was held on $450,000 bond and will appear in court May 27. Arteaga was arrested on warrants Wednesday by the Norwalk Police Department's Special Services Division, with assistance from Stamford and Westport police.

Michelle Crawford, a 33-year-old Greenwich resident, pleaded guilty to embezzling over $176,000 from her employer, the New England Oil Co., and now faces a maximum of 20 years in prison.
