    The Beaufort County Sheriff's Department has reported that a gyrocopter that crashed earlier today at the Lady's Island Airport, has killed the pilot. According to Beaufort County Coroner Edward Allen, 69-year-old Sam Dollenmeier of St. Helena Island died just before noon today at the Beaufort Memorial Hospital.
