    Wamego Police found a deceased man in a garage in the 700 block of Maple Street Monday morning. The body has been identified as 31 year old Russel Hodges of Saint George, who was found shortly before 8 a.m. According to a news release from Wamego Police Chief Mike Baker, the nature of Hodges' death is still under investigation pending an autopsy.

In the message sent to the parents, two 6th grade boys were putting materials in the recycling trailer at the end of the day and they encountered an older man who was acting strangely and may have grabbed or tried to grab one of them.
