    A funeral will be held in St. Francisville at noon for West Feliciana Deputy Fire Chief Russell Achord, who was killed at the scene of a crash last week during the icy weather that created dangerous driving conditions. Achord, 48, of St. Francisville was one of several first responders on the scene of an accident last Wednesday while on U.S. 61. Another driver lost control of his pickup truck and crashed into the scene, with a vehicle striking Achord and other first responders.
