    Speaking publicly for the first time about the federal civil rights lawsuit filed against St. Anthony Village last year, the city council unanimously adopted a settlement agreement to the suit at its Dec. 23 meeting. Opening a public hearing on the agreement, which would allow for the Abu-Huraira Islamic Center to operate within the city, Mayor Jerry Faust recalled the incendiary comments made at previous hearings on the subject and promised to cut people off, if necessary.
