    Two Franklin County, New York, men will appear before a St. Albans judge Thursday on charges of being fugitives from justice. Police say Dennis Sauve, 47, and Sonya Labare, 34, of North Bangor, New York, were picked up by Swanton Village Police and U.S. Border Patrol officers in Swanton Tuesday after their car was spotted at a house there.
