    Every beach in New Jersey, with the exception of one in Belmar, reopened Thursday afternoon after the DEP lifted a swimming ban that was in place since Wednesday because of high levels of bacteria in the water at several spots along the Jersey Shore. Seaside Height's beaches also reopened Thursday after the borough announced late Wednesday that all of its ocean beaches would be closed.
