    The driver of a van involved in a fatal two-vehicle crash in Caroline County that left 6 people dead, including a child, has been charged in the accident. The early Saturday morning crash occurred on Interstate 95 northbound at the 112.4 mile marker around 12:30 a.m. Virginia State Police said the crash happened when the Dodge van, traveling north on I-95, ran off the road to the left, then swerved right across two travel lanes before hitting a Toyota Camry.
