Authorities aren't sure where the card was skimmed, but do know it happened on Dec. 6. Starting Dec. 7, the man used a cloned card to buy thousands of dollars in merchandise from Speedway Gas Stations, O'Reilleys Auto Parts and several other businesses in Marion County.
