    A lantern walk, an observance of the changing season and a celebration of the darkening days, will be held 5 p.m. Friday, Nov. 18, from High Road parking lot and a walk down Causeway lane to Causeway Bridge, where a seasonal story will be told. In preparation for the lantern walk, everyone is invited to make lanterns 3-5 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 17, at Southwest Harbor Public Library, 338 Main St. Supplies will be provided, but bring a tall wide mouth jar if you have it.

The stunning piece joins two other works by Mr. Rambadt on the Museum grounds: Dusk Fountain, featuring a belted kingfisher with its catch and Secondary Growth, with a resident pair of hairy woodpeckers.
