    State police on Monday identified a man killed in a Sunday motorcycle crash as Bassam Issa, 27, of Sterling Heights. Police were trying to stop a Kawasaki motorcycle on I-696 near Lahser Road around 7:30 p.m. when the vehicle struck a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado.
