    An Independence Township high school was put on lockdown Tuesday after a man called in a bomb threat. Oakland County Sheriff's Deputies responded to Clarkston High School in the 6000 block of Flemings Lake Road for a bomb threat called into the school by an unidentified male caller on Tuesday, Jan. 12. School officials put the school on lockdown until the threat could be assessed, according to a news release from the Oakland County Sheriff's Office.
