    A 28-year-old man convicted of vehicular manslaughter and driving under the influence for a 2013 crash on Highway 101 that killed a man in a taxi cab was sentenced to four years, eight months state prison Friday, according to the San Mateo County District Attorney's Office. Though prosecutors asked Judge Leland Davis to sentence Zachary Katz to nine years, three months in state prison, Davis said the former business school student's expressions of remorse at Friday's hearing convinced him to reduce the sentence, according to prosecutors.
