    Sometimes it's glue sticks and tissue paper being formed into hot air balloons and rising over the Nat Williams Elementary School playground. Every student in the school was on the playground when a giant hot air balloon was inflated by the South West Regional Balloon Club in advance of the South Plains Balloon Roundup at Buffalo Springs Lake at 7:30 a.m. Saturday and Sunday.
