    GENEVA – A Geneva woman, who still was under court supervision for a felony burglary charge, was charged in Geneva with two counts of felony possession of heroin and other controlled substances, court records show. Jordan P. Cupit, 26, of the 900 block of Longmeadow Drive, also was charged May 13 with misdemeanor possession of 11 hypodermic syringes and needles, drug paraphernalia – a metal spoon commonly used to prepare heroin for injection – and a white plastic straw cut for snorting heroin.
