    A St. Charles man riding a motorcycle was killed in a collision with a flatbed truck July 8 on Route 25 between Elgin and South Elgin, a news release from the Kane County Sheriff's Office stated. The motorcycle rider, Jordan Hale, 25, of St Charles, was transported to Presence St. Joseph Hospital in Elgin where he was pronounced dead, the release stated.

According to a flier about her disappearance, Galvin is described as 5-feet-6-inches tall and weighs 146 pounds.
