    A South Boston man has pleaded guilty to 13 counts of sexual misconduct with a minor under the age of 15. Timothy Alan Cochran, 35, received a total of 22 charges for sexual misconduct with various counts of possession of child pornography, sexual assault of child 13-14, indecent liberties with child younger than 15, filming a non consented nude minor, filming a non consented nude person, and proposing sex act with child younger than 15. Nine of the charges have been dropped, leaving five counts of possession of child pornography, two counts of indecent liberties with a child, two counts of filming a non consented nude person, two counts of proposing sex acts with child, sexual assault of a child, and filming a non consented nude minor to be assessed.
