    Corey Adam Mitchell of Souderton is in the Montgomery County Correctional Facility on charges that he is responsible for a fatal accident two days after Christmas. The 26-year-old Mtichell was jailed after being arraigned Tuesday before Magisterial District Judge Harry J. Nesbitt III on charges of homicide by vehicle while under the influence.

    Authorities say a 26-year-old Montgomery County man was driving drunk with his headlights turned off when he crashed into a tractor trailer killing a Quakertown man. Corey A. Mitchell, of Souderton, faces a dozen charges, including homicide by vehicle and reckless endangerment in connection with the Dec. 27 wreck that killed Quakertown native Erik Detweiler.
