    Decorated Vietnam veteran and Soquel High graduate Cornelius “Neil” Talbert of Scotts Valley has been identified as the motorcyclist killed Friday in a crash near Redwood Estates on Highway 17, according to the Santa Clara County medical examiner's office. Talbert, 69, was driving a 2016 Harley-Davidson motorcycle that collided with a gray Honda Accord on southbound Highway 17 north of Madrone Drive at 11:45 a.m., said CHP Officer Ross Lee.
