    A teenager hiker was down to eight ounces of water when he was rescued by a California Highway Patrol helicopter in Alpine County. The Sacramento Bee reports that 18-year-old D'Artagnan Driscoll of Apache Junction, Arizona sent a rescue signal Sunday night after realizing he was running out of water.
