    A former Somersworth man pleaded guilty to robbing a Dover and Manchester bank last year in U.S. District Court Tuesday.  James Whinnem, 34, pleaded guilty to three federal counts for robbing two TD Banks. One was on 29 Weeks Lane in Dover on Nov. 20, 2014, and 300 Franklin St. in Manchester on Nov. 18, 2014, according to a statement released by the N.H. U.S. Attorney's Office.
