A conditional use permit application for Kwik Trip will go before the Somers Plan Commission at 5:30 p.m. on July 11. The proposed Kwik Trip gas/store combo would be located just east of Festival Foods, 6000 31st St. Festival is set to open on July 22 with a grand opening preview at 5 p.m. July 21, with village and town officials and other dignitaries present.
