Troopers said the car's driver, 25-year-old Justin Vinzant of Kenai, and passenger Dalton Cullen, 34, of Soldotna were taken into custody when they were stopped on the Kenai Spur Highway near Alex Drive shortly after midnight on May 1. "During the course of the investigation, was found to be in possession of over 2 grams of methamphetamine," troopers wrote.
