    The Daily Courier SKULL VALLEY - Yavapai County sheriff's deputies caught a man they said was burglarizing a home on Sunday, Feb. 7, YCSO spokesman Dwight D'Evelyn said. Donald Tuttle, 43, of Prescott, was arrested at about 9 p.m. when deputies, responding to a 911 call reporting the burglary at a home in the 2400 block of Iron Springs Road, found him hiding behind rocks near the location with some stolen property in his possession, D'Evelyn said.

    The Daily Courier Earlier this week, Arizona Public Service customers in Skull Valley and several other areas of Northern Arizona experienced significant power outages. During an inclement storm system that swept through the area, a power line was brought down on Tuesday, Feb. 2, at around 1:18 p.m. For unreported reasons, APS crews had to patrol the damaged line on foot.
