    Recreational anglers will not be able to fish along the Skokomish River as tribal leaders are reasserting control over the popular Hood Canal spot. The Kitsap Sun reports that in light of a recent legal opinion issued by the U.S. Department of the Interior, the Skokomish Tribe is taking control of a portion of the river that runs alongside its reservation.
