The Mercer County Prosecutor's Office said Monday that 48-year-old Yoon Choi, of Silver Spring, Maryland, was indicted by a grand jury on March 27. His attorney, Matthew Jeon, says Choi plans to plead not guilty and that he will request a psychological evaluation.
