Highway 180 in the vicinity of Mangus Springs following a dark blue Dodge Charger which was traveling east at a high rate of speed and could not maintain its lane. Caller provided a 4-5 minute video, captured as he followed the blue Dodge Charger from MM 94 west of Mangus Springs, through Mangus, and for a ways east of Mangus.
