    GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP - A 65-year-old middle school teacher is charged with sexually assaulting a young female student, authorities said Friday. The Camden County Prosecutor's Office said Chester Ingraham, of Sicklerville, faces one count of second-degree sexual assault and one count of third-degree endangering the welfare of a child following an investigation by the Gloucester Township Police Department and the Camden County Prosecutor's Office.
