Midd-West's Devaughn Johns won his first Class AAA district gold, taking the 400-meters in 50.36 seconds; East Juniata's Dan Parker won his first district title, capturing the Class AA javelin with a throw of 171 feet,1 inch; and Midd-West's Chloe Wagner qualified in the AA 400 with a fifth-place finish in state qualifying time .
