    Pedestrians and bicyclists who can no longer cross over Manahawkin Bay due to the state's massive bridge project will still be able to get to Long Beach Island via a shuttle bus service while the work is being done. To avoid leaving employees without vehicles who work on the island stranded, the state Department of Transportation is providing a shuttle bus that will run from Manahawkin Plaza with eastbound stops at Bonnett and the Waterfront Park in Ship Bottom.
