    The city of Sherwood has been awarded $68,045 grant to fund the cost of directional signage, wayfinding maps and three interpretive signs that will be installed along the segment of the Cedar Creek Trail that extends from the Highway 99W/SW Meinecke intersection through the Cedar Creek corridor into Old Town to the SW Murdock/Oregon Street roundabout. Several years ago, the city was awarded a $5.6 million federal Regional Flexible Fund grant for the design and construction of segments of the Cedar Creek/Ice Age Tonquin Trail, a designated paved regional trail.
