As part of a plea bargain, Potts pleaded guilty in Ashland County Common Pleas Court on Nov. 17 to felony charges of forgery, grand theft, possession of cocaine and possession of heroin and misdemeanor charges of illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, endangering children and falsification.

An hours-long standoff ended at the home early Sunday morning after the suspect injured himself when a "tactical robot" from the Ashland County Sheriff's Office was deployed into the home.
