    Michael Francis Mazza, 29, is charged with multiple counts of breaking into a vehicle, receiving stolen property, loitering and possessing instruments of a crime. Police say they found him walking between Luzerne National Bank and 719 Main St. He had a back pack containing another person's credit card, a large amount of loose change, a digital camera, sunglasses, cellphone chargers and other items, police said.

Extended hours at the clinic, located at 176 N. Main St., are Monday through Friday, 4 to 9 p.m.; Saturday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.; and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Appointments are not necessary.
