    Michak, an accomplished family law lawyer based in Shavertown, died unexpectedly Wednesday at his home at Harveys Lake, according to the Luzerne County Coroner's Office. He was 57. "You would be hard pressed to find someone in this profession who didn't like Gary," said attorney Leonard Junker, who mentored Michak when he first became an attorney after a career in business.
