    Here are two more excellent reasons for state lawmakers and the Wolf administration to finally run down the curtain on Pennsylvania's agonizingly long state budget drama: The Greenville Area and Sharpsville Area school districts, whose officials told the Sharon Herald that they might not reopen after the Christmas break if the warring factions cannot agree on a spending plan for a fiscal year that's now half over. According to The Herald , which is based in Mercer County, near the Ohio line, both districts say that 60 percent of their respective budgets come from state funds.
