    Sevierville Police Department arrested Wentao Wang, 35, Wednesday at Raindrops Salon and Massage, locate at 923 Dolly Parton Parkway after a state investigator found Wang was operating without a massage license. The reporting officer said Wang "suddenly forgot how to speak English, which she spoke to the investigator before knowing who he was."
