    A Bridgeport man has been arrested and charged with manslaughter in connection with a fatal motor vehicle accident that took the life of a 20-year old Derby man in April 2017. Seymour Police arrested Nathan Torres, 24, of Boston Terrace, Bridgeport, on Wednesday after Torres turned himself in to police headquarters after learning of two outstanding warrants for his arrest, according to Deputy Police Chief Paul Satkowski.
