    A man who was fleeing police in Orange late Thursday slammed his car into another vehicle in West Haven, killing the driver, according to Connecticut State Police. The driver of the car that was hit, Phillip Hunt, 54, of Seymour, was pronounced dead at Yale-New Haven Hospital, State Police said in a statement Friday morning.
